A layer cake is the crowning glory of the party table
For our Father's Day range, we chose a layer cake, which has a current yet neutral look. The cake will grace any party table. In flavour, it is authentic, like home-made at its best. Thanks to its familiar flavours, this cake is sure to go down well with younger guests too. It is filled with delicious vanilla and berry mousse. The berry mousse is made with Finnish strawberries and blueberries. We make our mousses ourselves at our bakery. The cake is frosted with striped whipped cream and decorated with a bouquet of dried flowers. The cake is gluten-free and lactose-free. It is available in one size, designed to serve 10 people. However, this is only a rough estimate. We have received good feedback from customers, saying our cakes are generously sized.
The second layer cake in our range is a new chocolate cake. The soft chocolate sponge is filled with velvety Fazerina chocolate mousse and pecan praline. It is frosted with smooth milk chocolate buttercream and decorated with a chocolate heart, our bakery's own macarons and Finnish berries. This layer cake is every chocolate lover's dream! The cake is lactose-free. It is also available gluten-free.

Before the sweet treats, it's nice to have something savoury too. A sandwich cake (voileipäkakku) is many people's favourite on the party table. And they really are divinely delicious. Our range includes all our sandwich cakes, taking into account possible allergies and other special diets.
Our range includes ham, salmon and vegetable sandwich cakes. All our sandwich cakes are lactose-free. They are also available gluten-free. Sandwich cakes come in three sizes: 12 people, 20 people and 30 people.
A cheesecake to go with your layer cake
Our cheesecake range is fairly wide, so there's something for everyone. Suited to traditional tastes, Daim & White Chocolate is a favourite of many and certainly a winning choice. The exotic Mango, Passion Fruit & White Chocolate is a fresh and colourful choice for the party table. The classic, much-loved combination Raspberry & Chocolate charms with its stunning looks and flavour. Customers asked for a vegan cake too, so we were more than happy to make their wish come true by adding to our range the tasty Chocolate Vegan. Our cheesecakes are sized for 12 people.
Small bites to go with the cakes
Alongside the cakes, there are usually some small finger foods on the table. When ordering your cakes, you can easily add to your basket an assortment of melt-in-your-mouth macarons. The flavours are Fazerina, Salted Caramel & Pistachio and Blackcurrant & White Chocolate. The macarons are gluten-free and low-lactose.
Last but not least, our range includes heavenly fudge. Chocolate fudge with liquorice and salted nut pieces. White chocolate fudge with cranberries. The fudge is low-lactose.
