Our B2B sales are already going well. Companies order cakes from us for their celebrations, customer events and coffee breaks, and as gifts. We also deliver cakes every week to many of our catering, café and restaurant customers. So there’s plenty of demand, and now we need an extra pair of hands in sales so that we can make the most of all our ideas and opportunities.
What will you get to do?
As a B2B sales representative at Hyväkakku, you’ll meet people, build relationships and take cake samples to places where they’re received with joy. In practice, this means:
– contacting and meeting new business customers
– setting up partnerships with catering companies, cafés and restaurants
– preparing quotes and managing customer relationships
– developing B2B sales together with our team
We don’t have a ready-made, rigid sales model yet. Instead, we want to build a process that suits us. So you’ll get to come up with ideas and boldly try things out.

Who is this for?
This job is for you if you enjoy being around people, get excited about sales, aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and like building something new rather than just following a ready-made formula. You have an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to plan and work independently. Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus, but a curious mind and a good attitude are even more important.

You won’t have to work for cake alone. We offer a motivating, performance-based pay model. In plain English: base salary + commission.
