Celebrate the Capital of Culture year with cake

Oulu is the European Capital of Culture 2026 – and it deserves a flavour of its own. 

We created the Oulu26 cake and cake bar portions: a bold, fresh and balanced combination in which the bright freshness of northern sea buckthorn meets the softness of caramel on a crisp brita base. In the mousse we use white chocolate that we caramelise ourselves, bringing depth and character to the flavour – just like the North itself.
