This cake was chosen as Hyväkakku's 10th anniversary cake at our customers' request.
The stars of this cake are a crunchy brita base, fresh Finnish raspberries, melt-in-your-mouth vanilla mousse and heavenly salted caramel cooked at our bakery.
This cake brings together everything Hyväkakku is especially known for: Finnish berries, handmade fillings and a perfectly crunchy, gluten-free brita base. This cake is as Hyväkakku as a cake can be.

This was the absolute best cake and got lots of compliments. From now on, we'll always get our cakes here for every occasion!
A cake that got lots of compliments. The salted caramel was quite sweet, but there wasn't much of it.
It was certainly very delicious. One star off because it was a bit too sweet for our taste.
