And it's true. We really do cook our own compote and make all our other fillings ourselves from scratch.
This is one of the key factors behind the delicious flavour and texture of our cakes.
Finnish berries and ingredients
Did you know that imported berries could be up to 50% cheaper than Finnish ones? Even so, we use tasty and safe Finnish berries in our cake fillings.
Whenever possible, we aim to source our berries and all our other ingredients from small, local Finnish producers.

Your cake has been baked by a cake baker who puts their heart into their work – just for you.
We are not after industrial mass production. What matters most to us is that your cake is uniquely delicious and exactly the way you want it.
