A very good and moist cake.
A really delicious layer cake. The filling was a delicious compote, and the sponge still tasted good a couple of days after the party.

Of all your cakes I've tried so far, this is definitely the best. At first I doubted whether Kuningatar (raspberry & blueberry) would work as a cake flavour, but it was absolutely perfect!
