The cake or parts of it may have been frozen; we do not recommend freezing the product. The cake keeps for 3 days from the date of production when stored chilled (below 6°C)
A rich chocolate experience, freshened up by raspberries in a melt-in-the-mouth mousse. All our guests liked it, including the children. The mousse between the cocoa sponges is absolutely lovely, but the buttercream ”blobs” on top could be left out. I'm not really a fan of buttercream, which is why I left those decorations uneaten. At the very least they could be smaller. Otherwise, a warm recommendation!

The confirmation decoration wasn't the one shown on your website, which was a disappointment. Otherwise the cake was delicious.
The filling's flavour fell a little short. Maybe more jam, or an even more chocolatey buttercream?
A really tasty cake for chocolate lovers, and our guests praised it. The uneven colour on the sides of the cake bothered me, as the sponge showed through the chocolate, but this didn't affect the taste 😊
