Brita cake – a fresh classic
Our brita cake (meringue cake) combines crispy meringue, a rich vanilla mousse filling and fresh Finnish berries.
Raspberry is currently available as the seasonal brita flavour.
This classic is always a safe choice for a celebration! (15-person version pictured)

The cake or parts of it may have been frozen; we do not recommend freezing the product. The cake keeps for 3 days from the date of production when stored chilled (below 6°C)
