The cake or parts of it may have been frozen; we do not recommend freezing the product. The cake keeps for 3 days from the date of production when stored chilled (below 6°C)
I felt it needed a little something extra to lift the flavour, especially for the price – but a huge plus that the raspberry clearly tasted like a homemade filling rather than traditional jam. It brought a lovely freshness to the cake! For the size, I think the price is perhaps a bit on the high side. That's why one star off. Otherwise good.

The cake was beautiful, but the whipped cream was too much like buttercream and there was too much vanilla mousse.
