The bakery's own salted caramel is so delicious that we wanted to get as much of it into the cake as possible! So there's salted caramel underneath, in the mousse and on top. Finnish raspberry freshens up the cake and is the perfect flavour partner for the caramel. This cake is packed with flavour!

Beautiful and tasty. I especially liked the generous pieces of salted caramel on top of the cake. The texture was quite soft/jelly-like.
