Inside a moist sponge you'll find mousse layers made from Finnish lingonberries and the bakery's own caramel (kinuski), a perfect combination of tart and sweet. Topped with a thin layer of whipped cream.
This cake brings a fresh and rich flavour experience to any celebration.
