An elegant and charming pastry cake that's easy to serve. The cake comes pre-cut into 30 pieces, and each piece is individually decorated as a pastry.
Between the layers you'll find silky-smooth caramel mousse and fresh, whole Finnish lingonberries. The top is finished with whipped cream and a beautiful decoration that echoes the cake's tempting flavours and colours.

The cake was exactly as described. Our guests were surprised to hear that the treat on offer was lactose-free and gluten-free, and it was very good. The lingonberry suited autumn well, and the lingonberry & caramel combination was also praised!
