The cake or parts of it may have been frozen; we do not recommend freezing the product. The cake keeps for 3 days from the date of production when stored chilled (below 6°C)
Surprisingly, it was a little too dry. My own recipe turns out moister and more flavourful, even though I'm not a baker.

Really good flavours, and it went straight onto my list of favourite carrot cakes! Right at the edges the base was a little dry, crumbled easily and had a somewhat grainy texture, not as moist as I'd hoped. Still, overall it was very good.
