Pätkis and raspberry mousse, whole raspberries and crushed Pätkis between cocoa sponge layers. Chocolate buttercream gives the cake a delicious, eye-catching finish.

The cakes were delicious and exactly as ordered, reliable quality. The raspberry mousse brings a lovely freshness to the sweet chocolate cake, and the Pätkis one went down well too!
Tasty, and a plus for the whole raspberries. Quite a rich dark chocolate flavour in the sponge.
