The flavours went well together.
Good otherwise, but I'd have liked more flavour/sweetness in the pistachio layer.
The cake was beautiful and tasted good; the pistachio filling really shone in this cake.
Just the right amount of sweetness, the tartness of raspberry and the softness of the pistachio filling – and the chocolate biscuit base was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!
