Melt-in-the-mouth, good flavour. The texture fell apart, so it didn't go down well at the party, as you would have had to spoon your portion out of the pie onto your own plate. The size was rather modest.
Beautiful and tasty, but the size was really small (the 6-8 person cake could have been eaten by 4-6 people)
