Our Mother's Day cakes feature soft mousses, fresh berries and just the right amount of sweetness.
As usual, this year's range centres on one special cake: the Mother's Day Cake of the year. It's our bakery's brita cake, starring Finnish raspberries, salted caramel cooked at our bakery and a soft vanilla mousse. Fresh, just sweet enough and exactly the kind of cake a celebration is built around.
The range also includes other treats, cake slices and familiar favourites to complement the flavours on your celebration table. How about trying something new this year? The Mother's Day cake slice features a trendy combination of chocolate and pistachio.
As usual, we also have savoury pies and sandwich cake (voileipäkakku) rolls, so there's plenty to serve for both sweet and savoury moments.
With these treats you can set a coffee table that makes Mum's big day extra special!
