Mammun Hyväkakku Oy is looking for approx. 150 m2 of premises in Oulu for a cake bakery.
Hyväkakku is a cake bakery and online cake shop based in Kokkola. Our aim is to start operating in Oulu in rented premises on 1.4.2021.
The rented premises will house a bakery of approx. 50 m2, a storeroom, a small shop, cold and freezer rooms, and staff and break facilities. It is worth noting that our operations differ somewhat from those of a traditional bakery. We use few machines and ovens, and there is no flour dust.
Good transport links and parking are important for the location. Existing customer footfall is not required. The premises should be no more than a 7-minute drive from Oulu city centre.
