Inside a perfectly moist chocolate sponge, we've conjured up velvety milk chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache and fresh cherry compote cooked at the bakery. The cake is crowned with chocolate buttercream, piped in a playful, trendy style.
You won't find that familiar cherry flavouring that everyone either loves or hates. Instead, the cake hides a compote cooked at the bakery from fresh cherries.
An excellent flavour combination that even cherry sceptics will enjoy.

A really big, rich cake. The flavour is delicious, and you don't need a large slice to satisfy your sweet tooth. The cake tastes fresher / even more delicious when you eat it with fresh strawberries.
