H\u00f6yhty\u00e4 founded a sole proprietorship in 2015 and turned her business into Mammun Hyv\u00e4kakku Oy three years later. For the first two years the cakes were made at home \u2013 now the baked goods are created on the company's premises in Kirkonm\u00e4ki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to herself, H\u00f6yhty\u00e4 employs another full-time cake maker and three part-time staff, one of whom runs the company's online shop and another its financial administration.
