Mammun Hyv\u00e4kakku Oy is a cake bakery and online cake shop based in Kokkola. This year, we will bake and deliver around 5000 cakes to our customers. We make our cakes by hand from Finnish ingredients and berries. Most of our sales come through our online shop at hyvakakku.fi, and customers pick up their ordered cakes as agreed from the bakery or from the 24h pickup point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are looking for you to become the master baker at our new location opening in the spring near the centre of Oulu, taking overall responsibility for Hyv\u00e4kakku's operations in Oulu. We are looking for a positive, can-do attitude, flexibility, leadership skills, a customer-service mindset, strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You have a track record of making beautiful cakes. Perhaps you have kept a cake blog or sold cakes as a home baker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will be responsible for running the location profitably. Your duties include taking orders, purchasing ingredients, organising production, supervising staff, updating social media and, of course, baking cakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can see our cake range in our online shop at hyvakakku.fi. You will get to use your creativity in decorating and making fantasy cakes. Depending on your strengths, you can also influence product development and marketing if you wish. Mammu from Hyv\u00e4kakku will support you in getting things started. We will hire cake bakers to help you as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your working hours are generally 8:00\u201316:00. The position is permanent, with a probationary period of 6 months. Salary is by agreement and includes a performance-based component.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
