Our B2B sales are already going well. Companies order cakes from us for their celebrations, customer events and coffee breaks, and as gifts. We also deliver cakes every week to many of our catering, caf\u00e9 and restaurant customers. So there\u2019s plenty of demand, and now we need an extra pair of hands in sales so that we can make the most of all our ideas and opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a B2B sales representative at Hyv\u00e4kakku, you\u2019ll meet people, build relationships and take cake samples to places where they\u2019re received with joy. In practice, this means:<\/span><\/p>

\u2013 contacting and meeting new business customers<\/span>
<\/span> \u2013 setting up partnerships with catering companies, caf\u00e9s and restaurants<\/span>
<\/span> \u2013 preparing quotes and managing customer relationships<\/span>
<\/span> \u2013 developing B2B sales together with our team<\/span><\/p>

We don\u2019t have a ready-made, rigid sales model yet. Instead, we want to build a process that suits us. So you\u2019ll get to come up with ideas and boldly try things out.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This job is for you if you enjoy being around people, get excited about sales, aren\u2019t afraid to pick up the phone and like building something new rather than just following a ready-made formula. You have an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to plan and work independently. Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus, but a curious mind and a good attitude are even more important.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
