        Only Hyv\u00e4kakku's own employees have access to customer data, and our staff are trained to use data securely and ethically. Each member of our staff can see customer data only to the extent necessary to perform their duties.<\/p>\n

        We use trusted contractual partners, which means data may be transferred to a third party. Our contracts with all partners take into account the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation.<\/p>\n

        The right of access is free of charge when exercised no more than once a year.<\/p>\n

        The data subject has the right to request the rectification or erasure of incorrect or outdated data, or the transfer of data from one system to another. They also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p>\n

        The data subject has the right to withdraw consent previously given for data processing, or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding matters related to the processing of their personal data.<\/p>\n
