By joining Hyv\u00e4kakku's loyalty programme (hereinafter \u201dHyvikset\u201d), you accept these terms as binding in their entirety.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>In addition to these terms, the relationship between Hyv\u00e4kakku and its online shop customers is governed by Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hyvakakku.fi\/en\/tilaus-ja-sopimusehdot\/\">order and contract terms<\/a>. In the event of any conflict between these terms and other terms, these terms shall take precedence with regard to Hyvikset. Using services or applications related to Hyvikset, or certain parts of them, requires the loyalty customer to read, accept and comply with these terms.<\/div><h3>Joining and customer information<\/h3><div><div>Any natural person aged 15 or over can join Hyvikset via the Hyvikset online shop at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hyvakakku.fi\/en\/hyvikset\/\">www.hyvakakku.fi\/hyvikset<\/a>\u00a0either by registering as a customer of Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop or by logging in to Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop. When joining, the customer must state their age and accept the Hyvikset terms.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Customers who have previously registered and logged in to Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop state their age and accept the Hyvikset terms, thereby becoming part of Hyvikset.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>You can continue to use Hyvakakku.fi while logged in without the Hyvikset features, without accepting the new terms or stating your age.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Joining Hyvikset requires the loyalty customer to accept and continuously comply with these terms<\/div><\/div><div><ul><li>Hyv\u00e4kakku reserves the right to accept or decline any application to join.<\/li><li>The Hyvikset customer programme is free of charge, but it may include paid services.\u00a0<\/li><li>Hyvikset membership is valid until further notice.<\/li><li>All information requested in the membership form must be correct and up to date. If your information changes later, it must be updated. You can only get the full benefit of Hyvikset with up-to-date information.<\/li><li>All use and accumulation of Hyvikset benefits is only possible when logged in to Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop. If you have not previously logged in to Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop, you will need to register to take part in Hyvikset.<\/li><li>Benefits are only earned on orders placed in Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop while logged in.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h3>Hyvikset membership<\/h3><div><ul><li>Hyvikset membership is personal, and it may not be transferred to others for their use.\u00a0<\/li><li>If you suspect that your membership is being misused, notify Hyv\u00e4kakku without delay. Hyv\u00e4kakku is not responsible for the actions of third parties relating to misuse of Hyvikset membership, such as any use of benefits.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h3>Earning Strawberries<\/h3><div><ul><li>Hyvikset loyalty customers logged in to Hyv\u00e4kakku.fi earn loyalty points, called Strawberries, on their purchases.<\/li><li>Unused Strawberries expire one year after they are awarded.\u00a0<\/li><li>Hyv\u00e4kakku is under no obligation to retrospectively award Strawberries for purchases made in the online shop without being logged in as a Hyvikset loyalty customer.\u00a0<\/li><li>Hyv\u00e4kakku reserves the right to specify products whose purchase does not earn Strawberries. In the event of any product returns and refunds, the amount of purchases earning Strawberries, and thus the amount of benefits earned, will be reduced accordingly.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Using Strawberries<\/h3><ul><li>Accumulated Strawberries can either be donated to a charitable cause of your choice or exchanged for discount codes.<\/li><li>A discount code earned with Strawberries can be used in Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop when logged in as a loyalty customer of the customer programme, by entering the code in the discount code field when placing a normal order.\u00a0<\/li><li>Discount codes or any other benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or used directly at the till of a Hyv\u00e4kakku bakery (the order must be placed through the online shop while logged in).  A discount code is valid for six (6) months from the date it is earned, and the benefit must be used within this period. Unused benefits will not be credited after the validity period ends. You can check your accumulated benefits on your Hyvikset member page by logging in to Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h3>Other loyalty customer benefits<\/h3><div><ul><li>In addition to Strawberries, Hyvikset benefits may also include other permanent or campaign-based benefits, such as discounts on certain products or services, events and services for loyalty customers of the customer programme, and benefits or other content offered by Hyv\u00e4kakku's partners. To take advantage of such benefits and content, you may be required to accept and comply with case-specific terms relating to the use of the Hyvikset loyalty service.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h3>Customer communications and processing of personal data<\/h3><div><ul><li>By joining Hyvikset, you also consent to communications relating to your membership. Communications relating to the customer programme take place mainly by email, text message  and through Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop. Hyvikset loyalty customers can opt out of these communications by contacting <a href=\"mailto:asiakaspalvelu@hyvakakku.fi\">asiakaspalvelu@hyvakakku.fi<\/a><\/li><li>Hyv\u00e4kakku processes loyalty customers' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation for the purposes of running the Hyvikset loyalty programme, delivering Hyv\u00e4kakku's services and products and personalising them and making recommendations, communications and direct marketing, and other purposes set out in Mammun Hyv\u00e4kakku Oy's privacy policy. Further information on the processing of personal data, such as the legal bases for processing and disclosures of personal data, as well as loyalty customers' rights relating to the processing of their personal data, is available in the privacy policy in force at any given time.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h3>Changes to the terms and termination of Hyvikset membership<\/h3><div><div><ul><li>Hyv\u00e4kakku reserves the right to change the content and terms of Hyvikset at any time. It is also possible that the Hyvikset loyalty programme may be discontinued in whole or in part.<\/li><li>Material changes will be announced at least one (1) month before they take effect. Notice is deemed to have been duly given when it has been sent to the email address provided by the Hyvikset loyalty customer, or when it can be read in Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop. The Hyvikset loyalty customer is deemed to have received notice sent to their most recently provided email address no later than the day after the notice was sent, and notice published in Hyv\u00e4kakku's online shop no later than the seventh day after its publication.<\/li><li>Hyvikset loyalty customers may terminate their membership by notifying Hyv\u00e4kakku in writing (e.g. by email to <a href=\"mailto:asiakaspalvelu@hyvakakku.fi\">asiakaspalvelu@hyvakakku.fi<\/a>). Hyv\u00e4kakku may terminate Hyvikset membership with three (3) months' notice. When Hyvikset membership ends, any unused benefits are cancelled and can no longer be used. Terminating Hyvikset membership cancels the login and registration content related to Hyvikset. If a Hyvikset loyalty customer misuses their membership or otherwise breaches these terms or any special terms concerning certain benefits or content, Hyv\u00e4kakku has the right to terminate the Hyvikset membership immediately, without prior warning and without a notice period, in which case any accumulated benefits are also cancelled immediately.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Accepting these terms also requires acceptance of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hyvakakku.fi\/en\/tilaus-ja-sopimusehdot\/\">Hyv\u00e4kakku's order and contract terms<\/a> .<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hyvisten k\u00e4ytt\u00f6ehdot Voimassa 1.1.2021 alkaen\u00a0N\u00e4it\u00e4 ehtoja sovelletaan kuluttaja-asiakkaiden ja Mammun Hyv\u00e4kakku Oy:n (j\u00e4ljemp\u00e4n\u00e4 \u201dHyv\u00e4kakku\u201d) v\u00e4liseen asiakasohjelmaa koskevaan sopimussuhteeseen.
